Our Manufacturing and Design Engineering is completed in Cicero, IL - a close suburb of Chicago. Chicago's centrally-placed location in the US provides an efficient logistical hub for material sourcing, logistics, and most importantly Engineering and Manufacturing talent.
 

We invest continually in state-of-the-art tooling, machinery and software. Design and prototype consultation occur over secured intranet systems speeding final design decisions.

Our ISO-9001:2015 registered manufacturing floor features robotic welding, precision plasma/laser cutting, solid state punching and forming tools, and powder coating finish. Our streamlined production process flows from raw material to finished product.

 

Of facility consists of 100,000 + square feet, our manufacturing facilities take up almost two city blocks!
